Terms of online sale
These terms govern bookings paid online on this website of Ag Hotel. By ticking the acceptance box and clicking “Pay”, you confirm your booking and fully accept these terms together with the hotel conditions above.
Purpose
This distance contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for booking nights and services at Ag Hotel over the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI).
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included except the tourist tax when it is paid at the hotel. They are valid at the time of booking. The booking and the transaction are made in Moroccan dirhams.
Payment method
Payment is made by bank card on the secure CMI page, protected by 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode). Your card details are entered on the CMI page and never pass through the hotel. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen card. For card payments, the provisions on fraudulent use of the payment method set out in the agreements between you and the card issuer, and between the hotel and its bank, apply.
Cancellation and refund
Cancelling a booking paid by card follows the cancellation policy of the hotel and of the chosen rate. When a refund is due, it is made to the card used for payment within 30 days at most of the cancellation.
Data privacy
The information requested is needed to process your booking and is handled confidentially. You have a right of access to and correction of your personal data, to be exercised with the hotel.
Proof of card transactions
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of Ag Hotel constitutes proof of the transactions between you and the hotel.
Force majeure
Ag Hotel is bound to perform its obligations only insofar as no event of force majeure prevents it.
